_Hi, my name is Erico and I am in love with great ideas and art direction.
Over the past 25 years, my career as a art director and creative director has been a dynamic journey, taking me from Brazil to the heart of New York City, where I currently serve as Group Creative Director at FCB Health NY.
Along the way, I've been lucky enough to have my work recognized at renowned festivals such as Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD, One Show, London and Lurzer's Archive, among others. Equally rewarding has been my role mentoring and guiding talented creatives, both as a teacher at Miami Ad School and as a creative director at different agencies, shaping the next generation of creative leaders.
I've had the privilege of contributing to global networks such as Ogilvy, Havas, Publicis, J.Walter Thompson and Africa Creative DDB where I was the ECD for some of the agency’s biggest accounts, playing a key role in Africa's rise to International Agency of the Year in 2014 at Ad Age’s A-list and subsequent dominance of Brazil's advertising landscape from 2021 to 2022. Creating campaigns for iconic brands such as Itaú, AbInbev, Meta, Telefônica, Mitsubishi and Sadia has allowed me to blend strategy with creativity, delivering impactful stories that resonate with millions.
